Is there really a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes 3 free hours within your first 7 days. A payment method is required to activate your subscription via PayPal, but nothing is charged until your trial ends — and you can cancel anytime before that with zero cost.
What are your working hours?
Our VAs are available 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday (24/5), covering every time zone. Need weekend support? We can arrange it on request for an additional cost — just let us know your schedule.
How does the hour rollover policy work?
Didn't use all your hours this month? On our bigger plans, some of them carry over to next month: Professional rolls over up to 10 hours, Business up to 20 hours, and Enterprise up to 40 hours. Hours on the Lite, Starter, and Growth plans expire at the end of each month. One thing to keep in mind: any unused rollover hours are forfeited if you cancel your subscription.
What if I don't like my assigned VA?
We'll re-match you with a different VA at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our priority — 98% of clients stay with their first match.
