Terms and Conditions:

As a user of our Services or Website, you must adhere to the requirement of using them exclusively for legitimate purposes. Utilizing the Services or Website for the transmission, distribution, retrieval, or storage of any information, data, or other materials that violate applicable laws or regulations is strictly prohibited.

• Your DedicatAide (Dedicated Assistant) is at your service 7 days a week during your business hours. We offer our services 24/7, including weekends, with the exception of national holidays. This means you can delegate urgent tasks during weekends as well.
• Extra charges will be applicable for any usage exceeding the allotted hours in your monthly plan. The additional hourly rate will be determined based on your subscribed monthly plan.
• All of our plans operate on a subscription basis except PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) plan, and they will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you choose to cancel them. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time.
• We offer a 3-hour free trial within the initial 7 days of your service. Your monthly fee will be charged either when you’ve used up the 3 hours or after 7 days have elapsed from the date of your registration.

Rollover Policy:

Our 40 hours, 80 Hours and 160 Hours plans offer a valuable feature of Rollover Time, which entails the following:

• Any unused hours from your monthly plan automatically carry over to the following month.
• The maximum number of hours that can be rolled over to the next month is limited to 25% of your monthly allocated hours. For instance, in the case of 40 Hours plans, the maximum rollover hours available are 10 hours.
• If you choose to cancel your subscription, any Rollover Time you’ve accumulated will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• Please note that Rollover Time holds no cash or credit value and cannot be transferred.

Additionally, there are specific terms that apply to the PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) plan:

• PAYG Clients will incur a standard monthly account maintenance fee of $1, which applies regardless of usage.
• The hours you use will be billed at the hourly rate designated for the PAYG plan.
