1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of DedicatAide, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Services
DedicatAide provides virtual assistant services, which may include administrative tasks, email management, scheduling, and other tasks as agreed upon with the client. The services are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1. Payment: Clients agree to pay for services in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms. Payment may be made via credit card or other accepted payment methods. DedicatAide reserves the right to change its pricing, and any such changes will be communicated in advance.
3.2. Refund Policy: DedicatAide offers a refund policy as follows:
- Service Cancellation: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately before the renewal of the subscription.
- Work in Progress: If a client cancels services while work is in progress, a refund will be determined on a pro-rata basis for the work completed at the time of cancellation.
- Quality Concerns: If a client is not satisfied with the quality of work provided, DedicatAide will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify the issue. If the client remains dissatisfied, a partial refund may be offered, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Failure to Deliver Services: If DedicatAide fails to deliver services as agreed upon, a full refund will be provided to the client.
3.3. Refund Request: To request a refund, clients must contact DedicatAide within 30 days of the service completion or cancellation. Refund requests should be made via email to va@dedicataide.com.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide DedicatAide with all necessary information, materials, and access required to perform the requested tasks. Clients are also responsible for communicating their expectations and needs clearly.
5. Termination of Services
DedicatAide reserves the right to terminate services for clients who violate these terms or engage in abusive or inappropriate conduct. In such cases, any applicable refund will be determined in accordance with the refund policy.
6. Privacy and Data Security
DedicatAide is committed to protecting client data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, clients agree to the terms described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
DedicatAide may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
