A full-time assistant will be assigned if you subscribe to a 160-hour plan per month. However, even in this case, they may handle multiple clients to optimize time. This is because not every task can be handled by a single assistant, and some may require teamwork or specialized skills. Our service excels in offering a wide range of general administrative skills while reducing the risk of depending on one individual.
What if my email request isn't received?

Certainly! We cater to clients worldwide. The only requirement is that your instructions must be communicated in English.
When I subscribe to a monthly plan, do I receive an individual or a team to work for me?

What is the typical response time for regular tasks?

What payment options are available?

Do you offer a free trial period?
Yes, we offer a 3-hour free trial during the first 7 days of your service. Your monthly fee will be charged either after you’ve used up the 3 hours or after 7 days have passed since your registration date.
Is a contract required for your services?

Is there a minimum contract period or notice period for changes?
There is no minimum contract period for our monthly plans, and you have the freedom to join, leave, upgrade, or downgrade as you prefer. However, as part of resource planning and reallocation, all changes, including cancellations, require a 30-day notice period. Note that task-based or project-based plans may have different conditions associated with them.
Where is your location?
Our office is situated in Gujarat, India. We don’t maintain physical offices in other parts of the world. Our expertise lies in serving clients virtually. Our Gujarat office is equipped with modern infrastructure and security measures to ensure the safety of your information.
How can I monitor my hours?
You can keep track of your usage through our online customer portal. After completing the signup process, you will receive login credentials to access the portal. The online portal provides a dashboard with lists of outsourced tasks and their respective time logs. If needed, your assistant can also provide you with usage details on a daily, weekly, or fortnightly basis.
How can I communicate with my assistant?

What happens if I exceed my allotted hours?
We'll inform you of the excess usage and provide you with the option to pay an additional hourly rate.
Do you offer cold calling services for marketing?
We do not specialize in cold calling services, and we are not primarily a marketing services company. Consequently, we typically do not accept clients who seek our services exclusively for cold calling.
Are there services that you may decline to handle?
Certainly, there are specific services that we may be unable to handle, and we maintain transparency about this. Beyond issues related to skill or resource availability, we may politely decline tasks that fall into one of the following categories: 1) Illegality, either in your or our country; 2) Unethical; 3) Uncomfortable, taking into account the cultural context in which we operate. If we are unable to handle a task, we will communicate this honestly with you.
